Beginning in 2013, Masaki and Yukimi Momose started up in the world of farmer’s markets. Their very first farmer’s market was in Brooklyn. Standing outside surrounded by the farmers from New York State, they were motivated to combine the farmer’s beautiful produce into their carefully curated dressings made by hand. To be able to share MOMO dressing with the locals was an amazing experience; with each purchase a recipe was suggested and they looked forward to hearing how the shoppers used their product.

With each coming season, a fresh new product is invented for the farmer’s markets. Paying attention to the produce of the moment, a product is crafted. Currently, the seasonal products are Maple Ginger and Apple Miso marinades. These marinades can be used to coat vegetables, meats or fish for a roast in the oven with a meaningful taste.
